A native of southern Louisiana,Kristi has been working as a dance choreographer for the past 20 years. After obtaining her degree in Theatre from Louisiana State University, Kristi moved to Atlanta, GA and joined the fire troupe, Promethian Element, as a dancer. She then worked exclusively with Twinhead Theatre as a choreographer, director, and actor.

Locally, Kristi has been involved with many theatre companies. She is currently the Resident Dance Choreographer for Different Strokes! Performing Arts Collective and Montford Park Players, and works regularly with Magnetic Theatre and Mountain Art Theatre. She currently teaches Hip-Hip, African, and Broadway dance at Warren Wilson College. She is also the Director of First Stage Youth Theatre, a program of the Madison County Arts Council.
